The Agility Manufacturing module adds real time data capture capabilities to your ERP’s manufacturing transactions.
Picking raw materials, issuing to work orders, full and partial completions, and backflushing are all supported with fixed or mobile bar-code terminals.
- Support advanced manufacturing methods such as Lean Manufacturing, JIT, Kaizen, Kanban systems to ensure the right quantity of components and materials are available on the production line at the right time, and picking bins in the warehouse are re-stocked in time to meet the sales demand.
- Track raw material and components through to the finished goods and onto the warehouse or customer. Agility’s solutions ensure that this can be done accurately with minimal overhead, and that the data can be made available immediately.
- Flexible labeling ensures that any format of label (including RFID) can be printed for finished goods as they leave the production line.
- Maximise stock availability for Sales by recording finished goods production in real time to ensure that stock is immediately available for sale rather than waiting to the end of the production run or shift.
