Who is it for?

What will we do?

We will provide one of our experts on your site for a review and report, at no charge. The consultant will be on-site by 9.30 a.m. and will use the following process:

• Meeting with your site team
• Initial introductions and objectives agreed with your senior site management and ‘process owners’.
• Your team will then explain to the consultant their business issues relating to product traceability, product recall and warehousing
• Walk-the-processes
• The consultant will walk through the processes with the process owners, ask questions, and make initial observations about the processes.
• Summary Meeting with the ‘process owners’ and site management
• Our consultant will summarise their observations and check their understanding of the outline process flow
• The consultant will then identify those areas where they believe automation can be implemented most easily and provide the biggest savings
• The consultant will explain what process improvements can be implemented, and what automation methods can be employed to support these specific improvements.
• The consultant will leave site by 1.30pm. You will receive a short written summary report of the visit, observations and recommendations with a high level Return on Investment analysis within seven days. This is yours to keep, with our compliments.

Agility’s consultants will put their time in free of charge providing your business is equally committed.

What happens next?

That is entirely up to you. If we jointly agree that there are tangible benefits to be gained from process improvements, and your business is committed to investing in the means to achieve them, there are several routes forward. If a more detailed review is required, we can provide services including one to three day evaluations, site surveys and full capability studies including on-site process testing and demonstrations. We can also provide solution demonstrations at our Darlington and Basingstoke offices, on your site or, for software applications, over the Web. We can also supply the solution to your traceability and tracking problems – including hardware, software, services and support.
